Owners Portal
Conveniently access your property details via our secure web portal.
All members are provided with a login to pay fees and view their owners corporation current account status. They can also review their annual general meeting notices, minutes, rules, plan of subdivision, maintenance plan (where applicable) and the current strata insurance policy in place.
Legislative Compliance
Your building’s legislative compliance is handled with the utmost care and responsibility.
- Act in compliance with all legislative requirements and regulations under the Owners Corporations Act 2006
- Conduct affairs of the owners corporation according to the 1998 Sub-division Act's legislative requirements and regulations
- Act in accordance with all legislative requirements under OH&S legislation
- Attend residential tenancy tribunal hearings on behalf of our owners corporations
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all legal matters including notices to vacate, warrants of possession and fair rent procedures
- Ensure all fire equipment and infrastructure is properly maintained to adequately protect occupants and visitors
- Arrange regular OH&S property reports
- Advise our owners corporations on their rights and responsibilities and provide general legislative advice
Accounting & Finance
Our highly experienced accounts team can expertly manage all aspects
of your OC’s finance.
- Collect rent payments in accordance with the lease agreement
- Pay authorised accounts and statutory charges
- Keep financial records and prepare annual revenue and expenditure statements
- Arrange an external qualified auditor if required
- Prepare budget projections and cash flows
- Prepare an annual budget statement for approval
- Issue notices for fees set and special fees
- Pay maintenance accounts and invoices
- Pay insurance premiums and oversee insurance claims
- Prepare and lodge all relevant financial and taxation reports, returns and requisitions with the Australian Tax Office
