He’s since spent nearly two decades specialising in OC management, working on a vast number of commercial and residential buildings across Melbourne.
With extensive experience in processes and analysis of financial reports, his systematic and customer-focussed approach to OC management is second to none.

With a background in IT, maintenance, and construction project management, Matthew has over 15 years of experience within the residential and commercial construction industry.
Having spent a significant chapter of his life delivering construction projects within budget, on time and to the highest quality, he’s developed an exceptional understanding of the developing and defect aspects of OC management.
Meticulous and methodical, Matthew has a deft ability to expertly supervise trades, schedule resources, negotiate contracts, order materials, and estimate accurate project costs.
He approaches his role as director in the same way he approaches building defects—with an expert knowledge and rigorous attention to detail.

With over 15 years’ experience in OC management, Lina directs and oversees LR Reed’s business operations with an expert hand.
Her knowledge of OC management is unmatched, with a career portfolio spanning high-rise buildings, large commercial centres, warehouse and townhouse developments, and some of Melbourne’s most iconic heritage buildings.
Lina’s experience includes bookkeeping, facilities management, building principles, customer service, and the management of a mixed property portfolio with complex agreements, leases and easements.
Generous with her time and expertise, Lina is a trainer with the SCA and a certified A100 trainer. Over the years she’s become an invaluable mentor to the LR Reed team.
